Penultimate is a handwriting app for the iPad that is simply brilliant. Penultimate integrates with Evernote and I can’t wait to see what these two great teams come up with next. I was also really excited to hear that Evernote recently acquired Penultimate. Penultimate is my newest iPad App and is quickly becoming my favorite. Again, if you haven’t tried out Evernote I encourage you sign-up for a free account today. It allows me to create and store text, photos, and voice notes and access them from all of my devices. It is the center of my digital life and as a result I use it frequently on my iPad. EvernoteĮvernote is another tool that I’ve written about many times – quite simply, iLove Evernote.
I also enjoy Zite because it has a great user interface that allows me to share articles to Twitter, Google+, and Facebook directly from Zite.
I have found this App so valuable because it allows me to sit down when I have time and read from these different accounts. Zite is a personalized magazine for the iPad that allows me to connect my Twitter account, Google Reader account, Delicious account, and my Pocket account (formerly Read It Later), as well as select sections for my magazine that interest me like Technology, Mac News, Social Media, and Marketing to name a few. Check Nozbe out for yourself and sign-up for a free account today. I could go on and on about Nozbe but don’t take my word for it. The Nozbe iPad App is not simply a rewrite of the iPhone but a version specific for the iPad. I credit my adopting of the Getting Things Done principles, as well as using Nozbe to manage my tasks, with allowing me to work, blog, and spend time with my family.
